Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via registered International post with tracking and drop-off without signature.
We send every package by registered mail and send you the tracking number once we have shipped it, you can then track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas delivery fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We can proudly say we haven’t had a lost package or breakage in delivery yet.
Although one postal company sent a package for Qatar to Mongolia instead!!! It arrived back and we duly sent it off a second time where it arrived at the correct destination.
SHIPPING COSTS : Shipping can be easily calculated when you add an item to your shopping cart.

France €15 | Ireland or the UK €20 | Rest of World €40
When we ship an item and it costs €10 or more less than we charged you we send you a refund of the €10 once you have received your item.
eg. If you have billed 40 for delivery and the cost of postage is 28 Euro we will send you a 10 Euro refund.
If you have been billed 20 for delivery and the cost of postage is 7 Euro we will send you a 10 Euro refund.
Please Note : TAXIDERMY & ORGANIC ITEMS
Due to international restrictions and protections we have chosen not to post Taxidermy products or Products of Organic origins eg. timber to the USA or outside Europe. Please contact us regarding delivery if you wish to order a taxidermy product. If you wish to order a taxidermy product for delivery to the USA or outside Europe there are very large extra costs incurred to have the product age certified and posted.
With regards to timber items, there are also regulations governing the import of wood product to the USA. We do make exceptions on request.
