Biographical note:
1930-1934, he studied at the School of Applied Arts in Lyon.
He began decorating stores, then created models for major jewelers.
1943-1948, he created his first cinema posters.
1953, he was noticed with the “Bendix washing machine” poster which led to other creations for household appliances.
After making commercial posters, he will do some for institutional campaigns (loans, trade shows, exhibitions).
Thus, in 1964, while creative within the Publi-Service agency, he produced the campaign for the SLIVAM actions of Crédit Lyonnais.
1950-1960, he worked for publisher-printer La Vasselais.
1959, he received the Silver Medal of the Martini Prize (Steel Loan 1958).
1961, He received the Silver Medal of the Martini Prize (Steel loan 1960).
1967, He received the Martini Gold Medal (Steel loan 1966).
1971, He received the Martini Silver Medal (Turbotraon SNCF 1970)
1972, He received the Martini Gold Medal (SNCF loan 1971)
He received the SEAI Gold Medal (SNCF Loan 1971).

He then created “Studio Eric” to design and produce advertising campaigns, brochures, POS displays, etc.
